1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 48–72 hours of delivery
  • Applicable for:
    • Size issues
    • Damaged or defective products

2. Conditions for Exchange

  • Product must be:
    • Unused and unworn
    • In original packaging
    • With tags intact

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale items
  • Customized/pre-order items
  • Used or damaged products

5. Exchange Charges

  • A nominal reverse shipping/exchange fee may apply

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if:
    • Product is out of stock for replacement
    • Order is canceled before dispatch

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

7. Cancellation Policy
