- Damaged or defective products

- In original packaging
- With tags intact
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Sale items
- Customized/pre-order items
- Used or damaged products

5. Exchange Charges
- A nominal reverse shipping/exchange fee may apply
6. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if:
- Product is out of stock for replacement
- Order is canceled before dispatch
